These Terms and Conditions oversee your use of, and any purchase from, the Lovers Rock Limited website, and establish an agreement between you and Lover’s Rock Limited. Lover’s Rock Limited reserves the right to change or amend any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of this site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any amendments or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this site. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
If you are interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently out of stock, contact us and we will inform you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the size of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we’re able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.
Rarely, data, including pricing, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or incorrect prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
SALES AND PRICE REDUCTIONS
At Lover’s Rock Limited, we have worked hard to always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all of our prices are final.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Please contact us directly if you are purchasing from outside of the UK and we will discuss timelines and the best possible way to ensure safe delivery to you.
VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
Value added tax (VAT) will be applied for all orders placed on the UK website where applicable. The VAT amount is calculated based on the shipping destination of your order. Please note that this charge will appear in the shopping basket after you have entered a shipping destination.
The UK VAT Retail Export Scheme allows the VAT amount to be reimbursed to customers when they purchase goods in the EU and then export them outside the EU. However, orders from Lover’s Rock Limited are ineligible for the VAT Retail Export Scheme because Lover’s Rock Limited is an internet-based mail-order company and is ineligible to participate.
PAYMENT METHODS
We offer the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer: Arrange payment through your bank to pay us directly for ease and speed.
For orders under GBP £10,000, we accept PayPal payment.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
All shipments are fully insured. That means that your order is always shipped risk-free.
For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery of your Lovers Rock Limited orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.
DIAMOND CERTIFICATES
We will ship the accompanying diamond grading report (also known as a diamond certificate) when you purchase a loose diamond or custom built ring. The grading reports are a comprehensive document written by diamond grading experts at one of three highly respected and esteemed diamond laboratories making it very expensive to replace. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.
A replacement fee will be charged if you do not include both the diamond and the grading report when sending back a returned item.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, FedEx, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.
ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
Lover’s Rock Limited offers customers 30 days from the day their order is shipped to cancel or return their order. 30 days return policy does not apply to bespoke, custom made rings and other jewellery items. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, simply contact us via email or telephone. All our details can be found on the contact us section. Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after a) it is returned to Lovers Rock Limited, and b) our Quality Assurance analyses your item and verifies that it is in its original condition as per the conditions set out in our returns policy. COMPARISON PURCHASING
To ensure continued best pricing, we do not allow comparison purchasing. This is when you purchase several of the same item and then keep the one you like the best whilst returning the remainder. This act can cause inventory imbalances and be very costly to us.
INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE
At Lovers Rock Limited, we make every attempt to ensure that our online offer is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly.

We comply with United Nations Resolutions, United States Clean Diamonds and Patriot Acts and The Kimberley Process which monitors diamonds from the start of its journey at excavation right up until purchase, to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.
